I bolded these, because they're massively complimentary. These are the feelings I
hope to portray in these pieces, and the fact that they do come across means that what I am doing is successful.
I lost my passion for artwork over years of focusing on technicality and finding that my aptitude (portraiture) was pleasant, but ultimately not moving for anybody. Sometime in the last year I realized that there isn't a wrong way to make art, and that's really empowered me to explore my imagination.
