Oh, I know. Im always preaching that complexity isn't everything. Metallica just totally kicks their ass in my opinion. I really do not like Phil, he's so annoying. James hetfield is a much better front man in my opinion. I know James' voice is pretty annoying in the more recent days, but I think it was a lot better on those first few albums than Phil's voice ever was. I think James was a much better lyricist as well. Phil just kinda ruins pantera for me. "walk", for example, really annoys me. The lyrics mostly, and the singing. Its just like some stupid redneck **** to me, "walk on home boy".
But that's just me.
Metallica gets hated on so much, and I know, they have sucked for a while now. But in the beginning they were a bad ass band.
