I do know of pants that are too tight, and those are the ones that cause adjustment issues, which is one of the reasons I don't wear them, along with general comfort considerations.
If you're walking around with a normal, flaccid penis, a few inches given or taken shouldn't be such an issue provided you're not wearing restrictive clothing or getting all bunched up while sitting.

I don't think the argument based on assumption of someone's d*ck size is any more valid than an assumption that possibly wearing less restrictive clothing could be the real issue. But then again, I didn't think this was a discussion regarding some adolescent need to boast about, and/or insult, the size of d*cks...
