I definitely got the sense when I was in London that if I fell down of a heart attack, people would just step over me. People just kind of seemed to go about their business in their own way and only ever interacted with people when they absolutely had to.

If you can't deal with the fact that there are 6+ billion people in the world and none of them think exactly the same that's not my problem. Just deal with it yourself or make actual conversation.
