I train well at home but surrounded by others in a gym, waiting for machines/benches etc, wouldn't be good.
Also depends on goal, there is no set answer. If you want to get stronger then running outside won't do much, if you want to improve stamina or do HIIT then training in your house means you won't have many options other than a skipping rope.

I kinda meant this without a specific goal like weight loss or getting stronger. But thats a good point though. Pretty sure a lot of people have a goal when doing exercise. I'd add an option like "Depends if I have a specific goal" in the poll if I could. Janszoon, can you pliz add that for me matey?
