My arms really aren't that big, I can curl maybe 35 lbs and bench 110 on a good day. For whatever reason I can do a lot more if I do a wide press, incline, and decline, but regular bench has me struggling to do more than 45 plates on both sides. My real strength is in my legs, I can squat close to 225 and press about 250, I think that just comes from the years of ice skating and hockey I played when I was a kid, gave me strong thighs.
