Probably pulling out his filthy ginger hair out of his filthy belly button. He had a fresh scar after an operation of some sorts and couldn't stop messing with it. He also had like 2 pints of moonshine the day before, so who knows. But digging inside his belly button sounds about right, the average IQ was very low that morning.

It's a black rose I got on St. Patty's day 2008. I was off work for most of the first quarter of 2008 due to a fractured foot and I had just gotten a huge worker's comp check because they didn't pay me for like a month because of some paperwork that my company's comptroller didn't file. I was getting pretty drunk and flirting pretty hard with a barmaid and she said that I wasn't wearing any green so I paid my tab, told her I'd be back in an hour, went down the street to a tattoo parlor and got a rose tattooed on my arm. Why I wanted a black one I have no idea, but it's probably my best done tattoo in terms of the technical skill that went into it.

I have really slacked off from the gym in 2012 and so far 2013. In 2011 I was really dedicated, going at least 3 times a week but now I'm lucky if I go 3 times a month. Sometimes I'll go super hard one week and then not go at all. It's a habit I really need to get back into, although when I do go it's mostly just cardio, I don't do a lot of lifting anymore.

My arms really aren't that big, I can curl maybe 35 lbs and bench 110 on a good day. For whatever reason I can do a lot more if I do a wide press, incline, and decline, but regular bench has me struggling to do more than 45 plates on both sides. My real strength is in my legs, I can squat close to 225 and press about 250, I think that just comes from the years of ice skating and hockey I played when I was a kid, gave me strong thighs.
