From what I can gather here is that women should be conservative (also states that
both women and men should be so in the Qu'ran), not what they should wear. It doesn't say anywhere that women have to wear hijabs. Veil in Arabic means "what separates man from the world and God." That interpretation seems a little off. Women in the Quran wore veils, doesn't say every woman should.
