It hasn't been 20 years, but I definitely haven't heard this one for a long time. I really wish Jane's Addiction had stopped after Ritual...they had this mystique about them that hinted that they could have been making amazing music like that forever, but they just decided not to. Then Strays and The Great Escape Artist and apparently a new one that I really don't have much hope for...good albums but not Nothing's Shocking or Ritual de lo Habitual. It cheapened them, in my opinion.
