Yeah but i think it's a good idea to research tattoo shops for overall customer satisfaction and most importantly for their hygienic practices. It honestly doesn't matter about the shop, but it is always important to check their hygienic practice. However, I have gotten a few tattoos from a tattoo place in our local mall. It all really depends on the artist. You could be going to a place in the ghetto, but the artist could be a truly skilled one. Granted, it is always good to try to find the nicer looking places, but don't knock a badly looking place just by the way it looks from the outside, because you never know.
