It was... or at least, my reading was. At points I was so zoned out from the crushing riffs coming at me over and over and over that my eyes glazed over and I stopped reading completely.
About halfway through the album I switched to reading
Fox's Book Of Martyrs. It was a fitting soundtrack to all of the death and gruesome torture.
