I just have really bad anxiety, and I was told once that anxiety attacks often occur when there is too much excess energy in the body (along with other things). But when I run, I don't have time to be anxious, I get everything out and I feel better after.

Running does feel amazing. Especially when you get in that zone where you're not thinking at all, just doing. It's like the best form of meditation.
