Trying new things together definitely helps and it makes things exciting. I think there are always things you can learn about each other by trying new stuff, whether it be food or doing some new adventurous thing, stuff like that. Spending copious amounts of time alone helps too. Sounds counterproductive, I know, but it's not good to be around each other 24/7.

Yeah, I guess it's just trying to keep the relationship exciting and doing new things together, continuing to appreciate each other rather than simmering off into apathy, all that stuff you said
I've been with my partner for most of 7 years (
) and lived together for a long time so sometimes that "newness" kinda wears off! Not that it's a bad thing... it's just different, I guess!
