Yeah so true. I'm 6'3" and 200 right now and it's all muscle, and like 4 years ago I was 170 and skinny. I just started working on my body and in two years I was basically where I am now, doing a regular routine of lifting, crunches and floor exercises, running, swimming, and other cardio stuff.
You could do weights for like an hour once or twice a week and still see a difference. It doesn't take that long.
