2 small pork roasts w salt/pepper/worstechire low and slow in the crock for 12 hrs yesterday. It's freaking phenominal. I can't eat any more or I'll bust, and I don't wana throw it away. I guess I'll wander over to the shop and see if any of the welders want some. They appreciate it more anyway.
