Thought as much, but a lot of ppl have given it a good review on myprotein. I know a couple ITK gym lads, not clueless lads I'm talking meatheads, who recommend it but then know some others who say it's a placebo.

This is more along the line of what I think is reasonable to expect, if anything at all. Might try it & report back.
