Thanks for posting Beeswing, it's a truly gorgeous song that I haven't heard for ages. 1952 Vincent Black Lighting is another Celtic tear jerker by Thompson. I'm told he plays the song at every live concert... I know for sure he played it at all three different show I saw him perform.



Yes that's Suzanne Vega and Loudon Wainwright III on stage trading songs with Thompson. I would have loved to seen that show live! From that same Songwriter's Circle concert is Loudon singing a awesome version of Dead Man:
