A customer called in a complaint on me because she wasn't eligible for a payment arrangement. Listening to the call back was really funny, because I was like, zen Buddhist level calm, really polite, empathetic, and understanding. The complaint was ruled invalid. But still...bitches tryn'a get me in trouble? I'm not about that. Her complaint was I was, "strict as hell," and "wouldn't work with her."
I was trying to work with her. I explained all of her bill dates, her payment history, minimum payments she could make by Friday to get more time on an arrangement...I'm so tired of this ****.
