A customer called in a complaint on me because she wasn't eligible for a payment arrangement. Listening to the call back was really funny, because I was like, zen Buddhist level calm, really polite, empathetic, and understanding. The complaint was ruled invalid. But still...bitches tryn'a get me in trouble? I'm not about that. Her complaint was I was, "strict as hell," and "wouldn't work with her."

I was trying to work with her. I explained all of her bill dates, her payment history, minimum payments she could make by Friday to get more time on an arrangement...I'm so tired of this ****.

I've been staging (basically interning) at a restaurant for almost 3 months now. Two hours outta my day to get there and back to work for free and get experience, hopefully a job. A Prep cook quit a while ago and so I asked if I could have his position, I know the routine with the place and can keep up with other employees but apparently they're not hiring???

****.

Oh, and it gets worse. Today I had a customer complain about my music, and I quote "I can't hear myself think, can you turn that jungle music down??" Awesome. And just hella more rude-ass people all ****ing night. So I slave for minimum wage to make food for racist *******s who've never worked a day in their ****ing lives and have no comprehension of struggle whatsoever??? This is bull****. Four years away from home and I still have nothing to show for it and my family still thinks I'm a lazy ****in loser.
