Any drugstore, or the equivalent of Wal-mart, or Target should have it.
It's reasonably priced to love it's like 6 or seven bucks.
It's very easy to apply girl! And if you mess up it comes right of with a q-tip.
(Hint all your fish tails, or cat eyes, are enhanced when you do the top lid, and then directly under your eye it self. Not the lip, by the tear duct but under it. If you put it top your eye will close off, if you put it directly under it opens up your whole eye.)
