You can pull faces like your sucking on lemons and or getting kicked in the nuts, if you look like your taking a dump, your on the right track to portraying the emotion of voiding ones bowels, a subject which curiously lacks appropriate musical accompiniant, much to my dismay.
Perhaps you can fill this niche in the music world, "Music to crap too" has an air of "Platinum album" to it.
