Aww you're so right. He has to make changes himself. Mom is ridiculously supportive and would do anything for him yet he never gives anything back, he can't. I try to help by sending him texts, saying I care and mom told me he gets a smile from it. Like you said, if he gets too much pressure on him (his job is stressful and underpaid) he will get more anxious and his health is already suffering as a result of stress. It's so hard seeing people I love deeply unhappy.
