Once the piercing is done you take your thumb and push on the huge lump formed by the needles. Each needle is a little deeper than the next and they are all stacked underneath one another at that center point. It sends a warm sensation through your entire body. Feels amazing. It releases endorphins and doesn't hurt at all.
Should try it sometime if your open to that kind of thing and know someone experienced in needle play.
