There is nothing like that in the central jersey scene. Idk where you're from, but it sounds ****ed up that your kink experience takes such a negative approach towards non-mainstream genders. It's all good consenting adult fun around here. Gay, straight, etc people participate in play together all the time. No one even thinks about that stuff.
Not me personally but I have been around it. The most I let someone do is give me an endorphin button, and a needle ladder on my arm. Which had me in a state of euphoria for a good hour.

 Once the piercing is done you take your thumb and push on the huge lump formed by the needles. Each needle is a little deeper than the next and they are all stacked underneath one another at that center point. It sends a warm sensation through your entire body. Feels amazing. It releases endorphins and doesn't hurt at all. Should try it sometime if your open to that kind of thing and know someone experienced in needle play.

You should really look into Fetlife.com if you haven't already. It's an amazing resource.
Also, the GKE(Geeky Kink Event) is a more softcore sex/gender positive convention that happens in the Jersey/New England area if your ever looking for a nice weekend. The entire hotel had it's windows blocked and only people attending the convention were allowed to enter. I volunteered for the weekend and helped build some of the wooden constructs for rope bondage. Learned a lot and had lots of fun along with some embarrassing moments.
