Of course women (as defined by the government) are allowed to wear makeup for their drivers' license photo - and there is no limit, obviously (though here in WA I had to take my glasses off for my photo, which is total bulls
hit).
It's preposterous that a male-to-female transgender person is not allowed to look as they would any other day on their driver's license photo just because some jackass was offended that their license said "male" and they were wearing makeup. People are so ridiculously stupid about gender roles, it makes me sick.
