Those aren't terrible definitions. And just bare in mind that I'm just enjoying the discussion we're having because I find it interesting. I still think that the term "poor" can be misleading in so many different ways. If I were to have it my way, I would probably put your definition as an official definition of the word because it's exactly what i've been getting at. The common misconception is that people think the word "poor" means you're basically homeless.
