Anybody got any suggestions what I can do with some ginger? I don't want to go to Michelin star lengths (20/30 mins preparation) but if it requires one or two other ingredients that's fine.
I was going to make some sort of green tea with it.

Any good? Crocodile meat looks excellent, I've seen people eating it on survival programs, and the tail meat looks so tasty.
