^Awesome recipe. Don't think I'll try it when cooking for myself, I prefer far fewer steps, but might prepare it if guests come over.
Also really like that lady. Never thought an Indian accent could be that attractive.

I am yet to do the Chana Masala but have done the second one and it's excellent.

I do curries for myself quite often, make enough so there's about 5/6 servings, eat one and put the rest in foil containers and then freeze

I made a Spinach & Artichoke Lasagna yesterday. It was a huge hit with the veg crowd of course, but even the meat eaters like me liked it.

I consider artichokes a protein. Same with eggplant. They both eat like a meat to me.

Been experimenting with smoothies recently and created a goodun:

1 banana
1 large handful of blueberries
half a dozen almonds
1 large glass of milk

Chuck it all in a blender. Delicious.
