i still consider it a choice even if it's driven by disorder. people have all sorts of disorders that can affect the choices they make. i don't see where you draw the line. but this sorta feels like a semantic dispute more than an ideological one tbh, i think i get why it would feel like its not a choice to the person it's happening to.
