He's been sanctioned back to jail for a week for testing positive for alcohol. He has no self control. This is why I don't want alcohol in the house. He literally told me that one day he could just say f*ck it and chug the whole thing. His problem is opiates though. Still, substance abusers like to get high/drunk.
