Although I agree on personal taste, I also agree you are missing out on some great stuff. Some lyrics are just so meaningful that they touch the soul. Ever heard Hospice? I'm no big fan of the album, but the lyrics can be great. And anything Paul Simon writes has great lyrics. Also, I love Beastie Boys specifically gfor the lyrics. They crack me up!
