He's put in lots of strong performances, but not one single one I'd say was worthy of winning. I kind of feel the same way about Leo, both consistently good actors, but that doesn't mean they deserve an Oscar over someone else in a specific year. The performance I'd most like to have seen him win for is one you haven't listed, The Assassination of Jesse James. He was very subtle and powerful in that.
