The jellyfish, first of all trying to throw glitter at a jellyfish is near impossible. Once Key$ha throws the glitter at the jellyfish it would be stop by the surface tension of the water. Being unaware of the jellies' anatomy by the time she grabs the jellyfish and looks for the stomach to pierce Keys$ha would have been stunned to death by its tentacles. You would weep bitterly but it would be your own fault for misleading her with such misinformation about glitter and such.
