I wasn't trying to appeal to my own authority, nor did I mean to come off as pretentious. But to be fair, you were on the verge of a snappy comeback judging by your rising agitation in each post. So it was partially trolling. That last part was to get ahead of you making a rude remark and then turning this into a sarcasm fest. Although Plus, it did seem like you were challenging the world and die-hard grunge fans with the last post.
I'm just saying, I don't mind being corrected on something. But your last post seemed to truly challenge my opinion on my favorite genre. And although I'm always up for opinion, I know your desire for trolling. So I apologize for angering you. I was just stepping ahead before I became the victim, trying to change the course of conversation.
