Made lamb yesterday and it was so good it ruined my life. Recipe was very simple: sear in butter and olive oil, then summer for two and a half hours with carrots, stuffed olives, onions, honey, spices to taste (I think I put ground mustard, pepper, garlic, oregano, cumin, and cayenne in there, I was drunk and don't remember), Guinness extra stout, and Flying Dog double dog double ipa. All served on a bed of mashed potatoes.
