Meaning this is an open air drug market, ppl getting ****ed up on the corner pimps hoes etc. I sat down next to ppll talked to them, asked them about themselves etc. A little bit caring and concern as well as being half black helps bro.Also having been arrested and being a felon helped as well.Because you truly are part of the demographic you are speaking too.
