quite literally my point. Your preconceived notions and prejudice against reason and rational thought is what by its very definition keeps you wedded to a faith-based belief system.
An understanding of the scientific method, logic, and reason is how mankind remains flexible in our understanding so that, as new evidence and information is introduced, we can revise our hypothesis and improve our understanding further. This receptivity to new learning is one of the greatest strengths of the scientific method and the very opposite of faith-based convictions/reasoning.
This is grade school science class stuff... if you have eyes to see.
