Sorry, I should have explained myself better. When I said "established relationship" I meant you would know the person well enough to know whether or not they had any STDs. It is also assumed by this stage you can trust the other person to remain monogomous. If you can't trust your partner 100% then always use a condom. That goes for girls and guys. No glove = no love.
