Positive. It goes all the way back to his NWA days when he had Cube, Ren, and The DOC writing most of his stuff. Today he has Eminem. In fact, if you go back listen to the Cronic 2001 you can hear Em's influence in Dre's flows.

If you really want your mind blown... Dre doesn't actually create most of the beats he gets credit for producing either. He keeps a team of the hottest beat makers at his disposal. That’s the difference in "producing" & "executive producing." He is the ultimate businessman.

Regarding ODB... I just can't take that guy seriously as an artist. If anything, he was a sideshow ala' Flavor Flav. No way he can touch Talib lyrically.
