Me? Do more research? I think you mean the band needs to do more research.
Maybe you should write to all those bands that fit (purposely, mostly) into various
genres and tell them that they are only allowed ONE, that's it! - just ONE genre buddy!
As for your own thread, you can, of course, do what you want.
