It's really easy to judge genuine reactions from folks and those "just trying to be nice". I had people asking me to print them copies to give to their friends.

At that time I was absorbing King, Koontz, Straub, McCammon, and Barker. I'd already been through all of the classics but the new breed really hit home with me.

I don't have the same brain I had 30 years ago. I guess I could give it a try. I've had an idea for a cool horror story floating around in my brain for a long time.
