Perhaps replacing U with a second Y eliminates one of the hated vowels? Which begs the question why not Qwwrtyy? Was there some special significance to the E or was it simply overlooked because the hatred for vowels wasn't his own? Perhaps he made a deal to eliminate vowels for some mystrs third party?
