Wow, I guess I'm the low guy on the totem pole here. I'm really not all that impressed with this album. I also think the whole Thin White Duke persona was a bit creepy (the notorious pro- Fascist stance, no doubt one of Bowie's varying performances). Anyway, the album certainly isn't terrible but the songs seem a little overlong and I do think the Wild is the Wind is unnecessary. Favorite tracks are Golden Years (saves the album for me) and TVC15. Not his worst album but not his best either.
