i lifted a lot yesterday, muscles are sore but im going to keep doing a little something everyday on days i cant lift much. just used the kettle bell and did sets of 30, then 20 and then 15, back to 30,20,15.. wrote everything down in one of those green military log books ive had three empty books and nothing to use them for. so i thought id turn my push up streak into a new better workout.
