yes, that's it. essentially the same benefits you get from regular yoga in terms of working your muscles and keeping your body lose and limber, but combined with enough intensity that you get a nice cardio work out as well. there's a place 3 or 4 minutes walking distance from where i live and i'm thinking of giving it a go. i like the idea of classes more than going to a gym because then i'm being pushed by those around me rather than having to push myself at the gym.

also it's yoga so sexy ladies in tight pants.

Been doing 40 push-ups and sit-ups every morning, along with some cardio stuff.

Might buy some weights. Then it's gonna be like WELCOME TO MUSCLE BEACH!!!!!

i lifted a lot yesterday, muscles are sore but im going to keep doing a little something everyday on days i cant lift much. just used the kettle bell and did sets of 30, then 20 and then 15, back to 30,20,15.. wrote everything down in one of those green military log books ive had three empty books and nothing to use them for. so i thought id turn my push up streak into a new better workout.

I don't think I've ever mentioned it in depth here but I walk about...5-6 maybe 7 miles every day. I have the privilege of being within walking distance of the one store I work at, and I'm also within walking distance of the bus stop that takes me right to the second store that I work at. My boss owns both stores so that's why I'm split between the two. Anyway, since I don't drive, I walk to and from work every day. It's by far the best way to wake up in the morning, and it's great when the sun is still out to walk back. I have music in my ears the entire time I'm walking, and I usually smoke before work so the walk to work is done very stoned. So that makes everything better.

I used to be about 180 pounds, and I've dropped to about 155. My pants size has shrunk tremendously and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. It can be exhausting sometimes especially if I work several open to close back to back shifts, but I do it not only because it's nice, but because it's worth it. Keeps me moving, and motivated. Less time spent sitting and pondering, the better. Plus, once I leave my house, I've basically separated from my mental state until I get home. I basically blank out and just go with the day. Then I come home and snap back into reality. And get really stoned.

So yeah, it's nice.

thats cool you walk to work Kiiii, and losing the weight. you plan on staying 155 forever or want to gain any weight in muscle or nah?

----

my workout has been much longer, more full with more muscle groups. on day 10. using the kettle ball.(25lb). didnt do much yesterday because i was so sore but i still did something because i dont have a set workout. i was still was to do 200 reps with my a light weight kettle bell until my arms couldnt anymore lol. i might start some supps soon for motivation (preworkout) and then a protein supplement.

going to go with that one pre workout with just the green tea extract and some a few other stuff and the protein powder called gold standard. now if i can get to the mall, i never stop for some reason

I still have muscle from my last job and I lift heavy boxes at work. I don't really have control of my weight because whatever I eat, I just walk it off the next day. I've had customers ask me if I eat enough because I keep losing weight.
