Yeah but that's art in the sense that other mediums can also be art. It's not specific to games and avoids the actual concept of how games can be art. The feeling you get from playing Mario is art tbh. The feeling you get from fighting the Covenant is art. Learning to play StarCraft is art. It's art because it affects how your mind works while you're playing it in a way that your mind could probably never feel without them. It's a mentally expansive feeling that is the product of another human being's imagination.
