It also needs to be said that "Liberal" in the classic use of the word, meaning Classically Liberal as the political Philosophers of old used the term - would see it a must to question anyone in charge. They would also say it was necessary to actually listen and understand the other side and not just buy into dogma.

So to be clear in my statement - Liberal now days ties in with Democrat or further down the line Socialists. However it was not intended to be that way. A true Liberal considers all points from all sides before making a judgement. The modern Liberal is merely a Leftist who has his checklist and is ready to challenge based off of that prefabbed checklist much in the same way a die hard Republican has his checklist and won't waiver from it either.
