I've been called a bully by a few coworkers in regards to my treatment of my retarded coworker. I understand why, but yesterday we both got off work at the same time but were still in the store and this was how the conversation went:
Retarded coworker: What are you still doing here, moron? We're off the clock so we can say what we want.
Me: You pick your nose with a rubber hose.
Retarded coworker: Oh shut up.
I ask you, who is the bully?
