We're not delusional, most of us know that we act contradictory to our morals and are parts of the problem. We just refuse to let go of our morals because nothing changes if you accept everything as is. They really just like to take the piss out of elph though, that's really all this is.
Honestly, most supervisor positions are completely unnecessary and are exploited by people that look to abuse their power. I've turned down a promotion to be supervisor and the raise it came with because of my morals before. It made a huge difference on my conscious and possibly prevented a good coworker from quitting. It's kind of a pick your battles when you can situation though. WWWP's solution is much smarter, but I'm just angry because I know how often good food gets wasted. Not even at elph, most of us would have done the same thing.
