thats a pretty maximalistic approach.. nobody did anything about arena ticket prices but pearl jam who did something, didnt do enough (cuz they didnt cut their share.) doesnt make sense.
about yr 2nd point: it WAS a legit legal battle [and i understand you agree that it was(?)] so whats the rest about the publicity stunt?

if you want publicity/revolution cred you play a free tibet concert, you dont start beef with the practical monopoly of arranging arena concerts.

i have a great respect for fugazi's ethos but i think its irrelevant here. Pearl Jam must've sold >15.000.000 records when they began the ticketmaster thing. it is a diferrent league.
